I ordered this item on 18/07/24, It's now 1/10/24 and I still have not received my refund. Create and Amazon Customer Services have been terrible!The products from Create look good, but the quality isn't great. I've lost count of the number of emails and contact with Create and Amazon to get a refund sorted. I was also expected to pay for the postage to return the damaged item, and had to request a pre-paid returns label. The initial delivery was also messed up by GLS, who seem pretty useless as well. The money Amazon and sellers like Create must make holding on to customers money!! I'd like to be a pound behind them!!

Très beau très pratique fait le job

La tostadora es una maravilla.El packaging muy cuidado. Yo elegí la del tamaño XL, porque no quería tostar rebanadas de pan bimbo. El tamaño es perfecto para rebanadas grandes e incluso puedes tostar 4 de pan bimbo a la vez.El diseño es un actual, yo la elegí en color blanco crudo, ya que tengo la cafetera a juego. Otra cosa a destacar del diseño. Los mandos en madera le Dan el toque.Tiene 6 Niveles de tostado y puedes seleccionar niveles intermedios, opción que mis anteriores tostadoras no tenían.El tueste es muy uniforme, no tuesta más de un sitio que de otro.

Es bonita pero a veces se quedan atascada y no baja el pulsador.
