Ordered this as it looked the perfect towel dryer. The rack is rather cheaply made but the worst is that the timer does not work. It cuts out after 30 minutes, even when set to 1 or 2 or 3 hours. Contacted the seller, but no response whatsoever. Strongly recommend not to buy!

Wird schnell sehr warm. Sehr stylisch. Stundenknoof super um Strom zu sparen.

Très déçu impossible de régler la température, impossible de le garder allumé en permanence, lorsque on le règle sur ( 3 h par exemple ) au bout d'une heure il s'éteint. De plus le sèche serviette est noir et il nous on fournit une tablette blanche. Après plusieurs échanges de msg à ce jour j'ai plus de nouvelles. Vraiment très déçu du produit comme du vendeur.

Chauffe bien

The heating main unit is fine, works well, heats up fast and seems solid. I paid extra for the legs and the shelf. The plan is to put it on the wall when we redo the bathroom, but for the time being to use it to heat the room and warm the towels as a standing unit. The legs are plastic and cheap, and it shows 6 screws to fix included in the instructions, but only 4 arrived so I have had to use 2 on each side instead of 3 on each side. The shelf is a piece of crap. The screws were already cross threaded as they arrive already screwed in to the shelf, so you need to unscrew them to attach the hooks to attach to the main unit. on each side there are two screws but on each side one had been botched as it was screwed in ready to be shipped. It arrives in a smaller box inside the main packaging and comes out as what looks like a complete unit, but as it was picked up the bars fell out of the holes they were in. They wont seem to stay in the holes as they are not perfectly round, but squashed/misshaped, so they don't fit into the holes in the shelf frame properly. I have also realised that the frame for the shelf is bent on one side, I think this must have been like that when it was packaged as the shelf was in an additional box inside the main packaging and there was no damage to the boxes from shipping. I have given up after scraping my thumb on the sharp bar ends trying to get it all to connect together so now just using the main panel and the hooks that are supposed to hold the shelf up. I will ask for a refund of the shelf panel so hopefully that will be received. On the plus side the delivery was a lot faster than expected, by around 10 days.
