CRESSI Guardian Man - Double Lined 2mm Neoprene Jacket:I got the jacket in a 3XL.It was a snug fit but it was able to accommodate my large belly. From the moment you see it, then feel it and then put it on you can see the quality and care that went in to this product. It feels like it is second to none.This jacket endeavours to put a barrier between you and the cold water and it works enough for you to notice the difference. I wouldn't be surprised if it played a positive role in survivability during difficult cold scenarios.

Two-piece wetsuits seem to be coming back in fashion after being out of favour for the last twenty years or so.The benefits are that having them split makes them really easy to get on and off. The downside is that you obviously get a portion around your middle with an extra join for (cold) water in ingress. Not something for the Winter months for sure but for sports with occasional dunking (SUP, kayaking etc) or just for a quick dip where you can put on something quickly and to keep you warmer than having just a costume on, these are a good option.This 'Guardian' one from Cressi is fairly colourful with black, grey and blue. It has fairly large logo details too.It's nice and flexible with very little restriction to movement and feels nice and light despite the 2mm thickness.The stitching is all very good too - it has the usual Cressi quality and feels built to last.Things to note are that the zip isn't fully covered on the back at the top so you do end up with rubs on your chin after long use (bit of a shame but the rear flap only covers half the zip).Also on sizing this has come up REALLY small. It didn't fit the person we intended this for. The 3XL is more like a typical XL.I'm between L and XL usually and this was only slightly large on me over a rash vest. Furthermore, it wasn't really long enough for me either. The arms are OK but I have a long back and this would've been better with an extra 2 inches in body length at least, especially if used with a matching pair of wetsuit bottoms, so that there would be a bit of overlap. As it is I'm just constantly pulling it down as it feels too short.Overall 4 stars from me.

Ho avuto modo di provare la CRESSI Guardian Neoprene Jacket e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. Il neoprene bifoderato da 2 mm offre un ottimo compromesso tra protezione termica e libertà di movimento, rendendola perfetta per diverse attività in acqua, come snorkeling, immersioni in acque temperate o sport acquatici.Il design è ben studiato, con una vestibilità aderente ma confortevole, grazie alle cuciture piatte che evitano irritazioni sulla pelle. Inoltre, la cerniera frontale facilita molto la vestizione e la svestizione, un dettaglio che si apprezza soprattutto dopo un lungo periodo in acqua.Un altro aspetto positivo è la qualità del materiale: il neoprene risulta resistente e flessibile, con una buona durata anche dopo più utilizzi. Inoltre, la protezione termica è efficace per trattenere il calore corporeo senza risultare ingombrante.Nel complesso, una giacca in neoprene ben realizzata, perfetta per chi cerca un capo tecnico di qualità per le proprie attività acquatiche.

Voglio assolutamente premettere che sia io che mia moglie siamo subacquei che hanno testato una moltitudine di attrezzatura dell'affidabilissima Azienda genovese restando pienamente soddisfatti per ognuno di essi e motivati a fare nuovi acquisti restando fedeli al brand.In 2 abbiamo 4 mute, 5 maschere, 5 snorkel, 2 paia di pinne, 1 gav, 2 computer, 4 erogatori, occhialini da nuoto con lente in vetro, un marsupio impermeabile, un borsone stagno da viaggio ed altro, tutto rigorosamente CRESSI perché i materiali sono davvero pregevoli ed il rapporto qualità/ prezzo è eccellente, scelta che accomuna molti iscritti al nostro circolo subacqueo.Grazie al programma Amazon Vine ho avuto il privilegio di testare questa giacca, alla quale ho abbinato il suo pantalone, con l'intenzione di utilizzarla per nuotare in mare quando l'acqua è fredda, visto che sono tremendamente freddoloso.Di primo acchito sono rimasto un pò deluso perchè credevo fosse più sottile ma in effetti le maglie Rash Guard che abbiamo, per nuotare in acque libere e proteggersi dai raggi UV, hanno uno spessore di un solo millimetro e quindi questa sarà un'ottima via di mezzo tra quelle e le mute estive da 3 mm.Fantastica la praticità della cerniera anteriore, comodissima per vestirsi in autonomia senza slogarsi articolazioni.Indubbiamente il confort e l'isolamento termico di una muta spezzata non può raggiungere quello della completa: ovviamente la circolazione dell'acqua è inevitabilmente maggiore e di conseguenza non essendoci stagnazione non si arriva mai a riscaldarla col corpo ma parliamo di un completo sottile, creato per altri scopi che dalla subacquea e perciò per nuotare e fare snorkeling è ideale, in altri utilizzi non l'ho provata ma sono convinto che sia utilissima anche in kayak, ancora meglio se non si finisce in acqua.Nel nuoto in acque libere l'ho trovata un compromesso tra la sottigliezza, l'aderenza e l'elasticità del Rash Guard e la muta estiva: il neoprene bifoderato è eccellente, la cerniera solida, a parità di taglia di tutte quelle che ho l'ho trovata meno aderente e quindi nella nuotata meno performante, se avessi potuto cambiarla probabilmente avrei sperimentato una taglia in meno per avere l'effetto compressivo.L'isolamento termico è comunque superiore alla Rash Guard e non ho patito freddo, almeno nel corpo, nella prima nuotata primaverile al mare.Che dire, ancora una volta entusiasta di un prodotto CRESSI che completerà il mio fornitissimo abbigliamento acquatico.
