Total garbage. They're quite small but do add some momentum. However, those adjustable size wrappers, despite having them made tight, got lost in the sea after about 10 min already one by one with normal swimming movements. Instead of swimming at the surface they immediately sunk and vanished. Quite a fast way to burn money. Even though it should be obvious: do not use in open sea or for any professional purposes!

My husband and I both got a pair of these fins for snorkeling on the Big Island. I put them in a duffle bag, along with a Cressi mask and snorkel, and brought them on the plane as carry-on. Worked great to propel me in calm water.

I wear US womens 8.5 most of the time and 38/39 european, depending on the brand. I ordered small/medium and was ratcheting the heel band way down to fit. These fins are short and rigid and fit in a carry on suitcase. Since they are not flexible the action in the water is a bit stiff, more like a short training fin for swimming than long fins. My foot was all the way into the fin. There is a trick to tightening and loosening the heel band by tilting the adjustment buckle while pulling the band. Not immediately obvious, suggest trying it out beforehand without your foot. Overall were ok and did the job.
