Crock-Pot Slow Cooker, SCV400RD, 2 temperatuurinstellingen + warmhoudfunctie, 3,5 liter (3-4 personen), rood

I purchased my first slow-cooker over 50 years ago and have never been without one in my home. The Dutch had no idea what they were or how they worked when I moved here 44 years ago from the UK but my Dutch husband quickly learned how tender meat cooks and how easy preparations for a family meal was. Lamb, beef and chicken are especially soft to eat and Irish stew or a hot-pot following my mum's recipe from 65 years ago can't be faulted!I purchased a Crockpot with a hinged lid over 5 years ago thinking this was a great move forward especially trying to keep the kitchen counter clean or not dropping said lid when trying to turn it up-side-down when it rested on a round knob - wobbly and not very safe!The holder for the hinge on the lid has now come loose on one side twice and although it's repairable (I hope), it will take me the best part of a whole afternoon to do as I have to disconnect all the wiring inside in order to get to the 'hole' where the screw passes through to the plastic holder on the outside. As it's now become loose twice tells me that the hole for the screw is too large.I therefore decided to go back to basics and purchased a 'normal' crockpot (colour to match some KitchenAid machines on the counter ! ) but now with an additional lid holder selling separately for just €11,00. A great shame I hadn't found the lid holder 5 years ago as this would have saved money and import duties - the hinged crockpots are twice as expensive as the regular ones and I couldn't find a Dutch seller so had to purchase from a UK seller and pay extra customs fees.I'm looking forward to putting my new red Crockpot to use in the coming days knowing the result will be excellent (*_*)

Mooi product maar na 1 keer gebruiken per ongeluk de deksel zachtjes ergens tegenaan gestoten en nu is die stuk. Kan ik ook een losse deksel bestellen?

Gebruik hem heel regelmatig.Stoofvlees, rendang, spareribs, applesauce, soepjes, coq au vin....Slowcooking is ook easy cooking. Je zet de pan aan en tegen etenstijd doe je de deksel eraf...klaar!!

Wir haben den Schongarer nun seit einigen Wochen benutzt und können daher eine Bewertung abgeben. Das Gerät macht einen eleganten und wertigen Eindruck. Verpackung usw. war alles einwandfrei. Der Innentopf ist sehr gut beschichtet und leicht zu reinigen. Die Handhabung ist einfach und erfordert kein langes Studium. Die Benutzung lässt Raum für kreative Anwendung. Die Kombination z. B. bei Braten usw. muss man selbst erkunden (Fleisch erst kurz anbraten oder nicht, Pull Pork oder etwas fester? Hier muss man seine eigenen Erfahrungen machen. Sehr gut für Gemüse, Suppen usw. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und hoffen auf lange Lebensdauer des Gerätes. Leichte Reinigung ist auch noch zu erwähnen. Preis ist durchaus angemessen.

Parfait pour préparer à l'avance des plats pour plusieurs personnes. Aucun dessèchement, la viande reste tendre, le réchauffage au four facile. Un achat dont je me félicite.

Regalo fatto ad un'amica. Ottima soluzione per chi ha poco tempo a disposizione. Cibi cotti in maniera ottimale. Regalo molto apprezzato ed utilizzato
