Crucial heeft een goede reputatie. Ik had een oude laptop die bij videoweergave regelmatig een BSD in Windows 10 genereerde. Nieuw geheugen heeft dit opgelost, en de boel draait merkbaar soepeler. Niet goedkoop, wel goed.

Goede uitbreiding, makkelijk in gebruik

I ordered this memory to check if it is usable in my NAS. It is out of specs, but it nicely reports 16Gb of memory.

Update voor 11 jaar oude laptop. Werkt perfect streamen gaat sneller buffers zijn groter.

And at 1.35 Volt instead of 1.5 Volt.

Bought the Crucial 8GB stick for my Synology DS218+ for 10 total GBs of RAM and it's been running smooth since the day I installed it (which was super easy). Not a power user by any means as I only use the NAS to backup data and stream movies/tv shows, but it's nice knowing that my DS218+ likely won't ever struggle due to not having enough RAM. Would definitely recommend if you're buying it for your NAS.

Upgraded my late 2011 15" MBP from 8GB to this 16GB RAM (together with an internal upgrade to SSD), and it's working well. RAM was easy to remove and easy to install — just have to get the angle right when slotting it in.

I replaced an older iMac with a Late 2013 27" iMac (3.2 GHz i7, GTX 780M 4GB, 1.28TB Fusion Drive) with 16GB of RAM in November. I planned on upgrading to the max 32GB of RAM at a later date. I held off upgrading due to mixed messages about the differences between the Crucial RAM Amazon was selling here and the recommended RAM on Crucial's website (which was more expensive). It seems like the dust had settled so I ordered two individual 8GB modules since the price was slightly less than the two-pack package at the time.Although I had concerns about fit, etc., my main concern was voltage requirements since higher voltage generally means more heat; heat being an enemy of electronics, particularly computer components. My understanding is that my particular model of iMac employs 1.35v RAM. Crucial's website specifically states that their recommend RAM is 1.35v. The Crucial RAM Amazon sells here is listed as 1.35v/1.5v.Just prior to ordering I contacted Crucial directly to be sure the RAM Amazon was selling was compatible with my model of iMac.MY EMAIL TO CRUCIAL:"Hello,Can you please tell me what the difference is between Crucial Part Number CT4951624 and Crucial Part Number CT2K8G3S160BM? That smaller number can vary from system to system, but the the general part number will not change. So, if you are looking for a module compatible with 1.35v you can buy that part. Compré esta memoria para llevar mi Macbook Pro de 15" Early 2011 de 4GB a 16 GB. La memoria es 100% compatible (a pesar de que Apple dice que ese modelo sólo acepta 8GB) y funciona perfectamente, se instalan de forma muy sencilla en los dos slots de memoria. Por supuesto ponerle toda esta memoria a la máquina la hizo más rápida y le agregó unos años más de vida, la diferencia en velocidad y desempeño es enorme. El único pero es que el precio en Amazon México es sensiblemente más alto que en Amazon USA, terminé comprándola en Mëxico por la premura de tenerla.
