Love this sports bra. I wouldn’t do high impact in it, more for light impact and weights. I’m a 36DD and find the large a perfect fit. It is not high compression and very comfortable. Will be buying more.

here to buy more because I get bummed when this one is in the wash and I have to wear another one .... realized it has become my favorite work out bra and it was time to get more. I have a small chest that I am pretty self-conscious about, and this has just enough of a pad not to make me feel too self-conscious but also not enough to make me feel like I have a floatation device in there, either, like some other sports bras I've tried. It's comfortable I actually like the fit better than my lulu lemon sports bras .... and the pad stays in place and doesn't have that obvious disc show that lots of other, less well made, bras with pads that move around have. I wash it and hang dry just because it dry's so fast so that's a plus too. I am 5'3 and 116 and 32 inch bust and got a S. hope this review helps someone decide.

Absolutely buy this! I have every color because there is nothing I’ve found on the market like this one. Crazy yoga is a hidden gem! Their Butterluxe is the best. This sports bra is soft and comfortable and slims down the waist & back area. It’s amazing that the cups are built in & support you during any workout. The straps aren’t adjustable but are somehow the most perfect ones I’ve ever worn. It holds like a soft hug. The best part it looks beautiful with their leggings. I’ll keep buying every color and matching set they sell of this product. 12 out of 10!!
