Really happy with the quality and comfort of this! It’s basically a dupe of the lululemon ones. I would say perhaps a slight bigger than I’d expect for a medium, but I did get this size to size up and have a looser more comfortable fit to wear around day to day and it’s exactly what I wanted. If you want more support and it being more secure then perhaps size down

Seriously, this bra is better than my Lululemon bras! The material is very similar to Lululemon, but I think what sets these bras apart from Lulu is the coverage -- even though I have smaller boobs, I usually spill out of my Lululemon sports bras. These are actually built for working out and holding you securely. Also, the padding is more robust than Lululemon. These bras are a great value for the price -- I've bought multiple colors!

I have a wide back and a smaller chest and i sized down to a small and i feel like it gives me a little more compression and some lift and makes the girls look good! Makes me feel confident!
