Good quality. The volume control is easy and ergonomic so muscle memory is accelerated. What I like about them is that they are easy to pack or stow away. They appear quite resilient and time will tell.

My perfect combo for my Ace Series detector are these headphones and a used Plantronics zippered case (like what comes with Skype headsets used at the office). They are light weight, breatheable, and have excellent volume control. I have a large head but they still fit great and are ideal for dry land and quiet environments. The only times I use my M2 headphones now are noisy environments like the beach but they are not near as comfortable as these.
