I absolutely love this litter box. I do not have a very big living space and whenever I had a regular cat litter box, I would clean it every day and I still could never get rid of the cat litter smell in my house. I have two adult cats for reference. Another big problem that I ran into is I also have a mastiff who constantly got in my litter. Since the litter box cleans up itself within a few minutes, this is no longer a problem! The last problem that I used to run into with my oldest cat is that she has a tendency to fling her litter everywhere. The way that this is designed, I do not have a problem with that hardly ever anymore. There are other products on Amazon that you can buy that will add a flap door on the litter box (they’re like $10-$15) which I’m definitely going to get eventually to completely get rid of the litter flinging problem. My room has never smelled cleaner, and it’s so easy to remove the litter. I have seen a lot of reviews complaining about the fact that they still have to clean the litter box. If you want the honest truth yes you will have to give it a good scrub once a month or so. But when you’re comparing it to a regular cat litter box that you have to completely do yourself, it is so much easier to clean and you do not have to clean it nearly as often. As far as storage goes it is plenty big for even big cats. That being said it does take up a decent amount of space in my room, but I just have it set in the corner of my room along with their food and water and it is perfect. It’s a great price and the quality definitely exceeds its price!! I bought an automatic cat feeder and a big water tank and my cats are happy, healthy, and so easy to take care of now:)

Purchasing an automatic cleaning litter box was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was one of those people that hated to do the litter box and would let it get too full and gross and sometimes would just buy a new one instead of dealing with it. With 2 cats it just filled up quickly and was a bother I would rather ignore. But this auto one is amazing. It was so easy to set up and automate. I have it set to cycle 5 minutes after use and it sometimes gets used up to 20 times a day! The Bluetooth connection to my phone is great. I am able to see how many times it has been used, if it needs attention, and even my cats weight! It has almost completely eliminated the cat litter smell that everyone who wasn’t used to it could smell when they visited. I have found that certain litters work better than others. You need one that really clumps so that all the nasty gets dumped and not saved with the clean litter as it cycles. Dirty bin underneath is of adequate size, can hold about a weeks worth of nasty from 2 cats. After having it for 2 months now I have noticed an accumulation of litter around the drum and in places where it shouldn’t be, though I believe that has to do with the bad litter that didn’t clump. Nothing a shop vac and some easy cleaning can’t fix. Overall I am extremely pleased with this product and can’t believe I spent the past 10 years of my life bending over a stinky box sifting cat byproduct. 😭TLDR:Awesome automatic litter box.Easy setup and connection to phone.Works great at separating the remaining good litter from the nasty stuff. (But needs good clumping litter!)Bottom bin is large and catches everything.As long as the litter in the drum is clean there will hardly be any smell from the unit.Don’t waste any more of your precious time breaking your back and sifting ****! We recently adopted two kittens and quickly realized how much time we were spending keeping their litter box clean. I had looked at self-cleaning litter boxes before but at the time we only had one cat and couldn’t justify the cost. Looking back, I wish that we had.This litter box is perfect for keeping two cats and their owners happy. The box cleans itself after every use which helps tremendously to keep odor at bay. Disposing of the waste is as easy as pulling out the bottom tray and pulling out the bag. The cylinder inside the box is surprisingly easy to clean as well.We also us the app to determine “status” of the box. I can clean the box remotely or I can have the box dump all of its contents. Occasionally the sensor will need to be reset but that can easily be done remotely as well. The box also reports the weight of the last cat to use the box as well as duration of their “visit” to the box. This is surprisingly handy as I can now tell which cat has used the box and how many times per day.This box may seem like more money than some would be willing to spend on a litter box but I will tell you, within days we realized that we should have made this purchase long ago. Highly recommended.

I was very exceptic of all brands at first and very cautious because I hear some stories about cats being injured while the self cleaning was activated while the cat was inside. I spent a few nights looking on the internet at all brands. I was not sure if the expensive ones were better just because they were expensive. While looking through all available brands and models available on Amazon, I came across the Cumrige Self Cleaning Litter Box. After looking at all available reviews and researched on Google, the Cumrige was the best quality at the best price. The Cumrige Self Cleaning Litter Box arrived in a couple of days and the set up was as easy as 1,2 and 3. There is a lot of things I like about it but the most useful are:1.- The remote access application. Not only keeps all kinds of information and statistics, but keeps track of the times and length of each use. Allows you to do all kinds of changes to the set up and believe me, you will love how much control you have. You can change the multi color ambient light and the intensity. I went through a few, until I found the one my cat likes. The delay for the machine to self clean is amazing. It lets you know on real time when your cat is entering the machine, as it senses the cats presence.2.- The assembly, set up and maintenance are so easy. The machine comes apart and it can be thoroughly clean with a garden hose. The odor filter keeps in check the odors coming from the drawer.3.- Removing the container that catches the cat's poop in a bag is so easy to take out and reinstall and in addition it has a sensor that indicates if the drawer is not installed correctly.My cat is an indoor/outdoor cat and he has always preferred to go outside for his needs, but since we installed the Cumrige Self Cleaning Litter Box, he does not demands for us to let him out at all ours of the day. He still thinks he is in control but what the cat does not know is that is us who are in control.I hope this helps.

I've had this litter box for two months. Two of my three cats started using it without much training or coaxing. The third cat took a little longer, but once I removed traditional box (after a week or 10 days), he used it with no issues.Here are the pros and cons I've discovered...PROS...1) Assembly was easy.2) I was able to install and connect to app easily.3) I don't have to scoop litter box daily! Yay!!!4) My pet sitter doesn't have to scoop litter boxes.CONS...1) Odor control isn't very good. Litter Genie did better job when I scooped traditional litter box. I have found that using Pooph products helps ALOT (Litterizer sprinkles and spray).2) Urine and litter get underneath liner mat at bottom of drum. Not very sanitary and contributes to odor. Be sure to gently pull mat off and clean beneath when washing out drum. Also, replacement liner mats aren't available. So, if cat damages or it gets to point I can't get odor out, am I supposed to drop another couple hundred dollars for a whole new box?? This seems ridiculous.**UPDATE: I've discovered replacement liner can be purchased by visiting Cumrige store. It's called "waterproof pad." I disagree with the description of "Seamless design to prevent leakage even if your cat urinates along the edge."**3) The litter "sifter" doesn't remove all waste. It's more of a rake than a sieve, so plenty of small clumps don't get sifted out. I still use hand-held litter scoop occasionally. Also, when cleaning thoroughly it's hard to scrub under "sifter."4) The app is really for other devices in a home. So some of the options don't make sense. "Doorbell Song" is color of light in box; not sure what "Flow Set" does. And, if power goes out or unit is unplugged, all settings revert to default and I must set in app again. Why??? Also, can't see cat's weight in pounds, only kilograms.5) Bags can be pricey.6) If you have cat with "elevator" butt (like my 2 boys), you'll need to periodically wipe down inside of drum between thorough cleanings.7) Cats still "track" litter out of box.8) Must use a REALLY good clumping litter or other litter that dessicates waste to minimize what gets stuck on "sifter". This may require more expensive litter.9) Can't make litter very deep, unit will dump it out. Depending on frequency of use, you'll need to add more litter periodically to minimize how dirty drum gets.10) Must have electrical outlet accessible where you keep litter box. I keep mine in bathroom, so extension cords were necessary.11) May need to put step at entrance to help cats climb in.This box doesn't eliminate litter box cleaning chore. But, rather than daily, cleaning can be broken into weekly, bi-weekly and monthly tasks.I'll update review, as needed.
