We've been using this chair for a half a year now. The product by itself is ok. However in the Dubai heat, you still need to cover the seat with something or blast the AC for a while before sitting your child, as the chair can get extremely hot.The other problem I faced was that it basically is not possible to fixate the position of the chair so that the back is slightly tilted. Perhaps it is a safety feature so that the kids back is straight, idk.
