I bought this rod for when I go caravanning so that I could set it up and collapse it when going to and from the lake without having to set up / take down each trip which with my normal rod I would have to do due the fact walking with a rod set up would could cause a danger risk to other people or damaging the rod.This rod meets all my expectations. Its a good all round rod , easy to transport , powerful. The only down side being its a little stiff.Overall very pleased.

The second time it was used. These rods are very light and brittle, when the fish get close to the bank they do not have the strength to steer the fish away.

My first fishing rod purchase in a great many years and it's spot on. Reasonably light but strong, and great value. Collapsed length of the 3.6m rod is exactly 1.05m if that's important to you.
