These are much lighter and cooler to wear then most compression garments. I ordered a medium to start but found small was better. If you are on the cusp of a size I would go for the smaller size. Even though these ship from Italy I got them very fast. Good quality compression for this price. I bought them as I have lipedema and I'm very happy as they seem to work well. I've got three pair so far.
