Purchased the CZUR Lens 1200 Pro while out of country and on a business trip, when I made it back to the US, it turned out to be a disappointment and my return window Amazon was closed. This model will work great for black and white "flat" documents and on non-shiny paper, embroidered (in color) patch. The image shown on the computer screen but once it is scanned the results is awful. The image of of the painting with orange order is a screenshot of from my MacBook. All docs will be scanned as JPEG and later export to PDF. The light is not dimmable but can be turned off. I might try to use alternate lights at 45 degrees, but it defeats the purpose of this purchase. I told tech support about that issue and they responded to turn off the light. I tried each one of the settings and the result is the same. I told tech support that the USB-C to USB-A adapter shipped with the scanner will come loose with any minor vibration, they responded to use another adapter. Great answer! Taking a picture of any ID that is laminated will have a hotspot from the light. I was hoping to travel with it in my bag, but oh well. I will use the scan apps on my phone. I don't if I should trust the more expensive models at this point. The review on other models and look good but not sure what to believe. This model is said to have 12 MP, but other 5 MP cameras do a lot better. Perhaps my unit fell on its head or was doing jump and jacks in the delivery truck. Oh well!I was really hoping that the company would resolve these issued and continue to improve when I sent my feedback. I never asked for another unit or expected them to do so; simply to fix and improve their software.I am using a 14" MacBook Pro 2021, with MacOS Monterey version 12.6, M1 Max Chip, 64GB.

So far it's working good.

Muy facil de utilizar, escaneo muy rapido, y muy buena calidad de imagen. Muchas opciones para editar despues, poner.Muy contentos con la compra, ideal para scanear gran volumen de documentos.
