This is a great little synthetic brush, at a great cheap price that I am so pleased with, I bought 5 more in this series in larger & smaller sizes which I use along with my Winsor & Newton series 7 sable watercolour brushes. The brush has a good point that springs into back into shape each time after use. Holds a good amount of water & paint. Lays each line & wash as I want it as I let the brush do its work. Cleans easily with cool water. The handle is comfortable light wood.

Decent brush--works for small detailing.

Deliciously superb brush - cheapish and very workable, soft yet with a hint of muscle behind it.I've tried many a sable and they are all far too floppy for my uses - this brush is ideal it comes to a tight neat point and carries just the right amount of inkNB - this review supposes you're using INK - I don;t know what this brush is like for watercolours... but if you're an ink aartist it is wonderful!
