Si sono rivelate eccezionali per il mio problema in quanto che il dolore ai piedi mi è completamene passato dopo alcuni giorni di utilizzo. Da avere per chi soffre di fascite plantare. Io le utilizzo all’interno di scarpe da running.

These are the only insoles that work for me. I have bunions, bone spurs, flat feet, and over pronation. I've gone through a dozen brands trying to find the right one - some of them much more expensive - and this is it. I actually put them inside my Birkenstock shoes, that's how good they are. Birkenstock has great cork insoles, but now that I am elderly, they just don't have enough cushion. I put these in all my shoes and boots. If I don't, my feet let me know immediately.
