I bought one for use with an Amcrest IP5M-B1186EW bullet camera. The unit is well-made, and comes with hex-head M4 and M6 screws that match with the threaded holes in the mounting plate. The plate has holes that match the body of my bullet camera, as well as the holes on my Amcrest IP5M-T1179EW eyeball, so it would work with either.
