I've been a fan of Luminarc crockery since I first worked in the catering industry over 30 years ago. it's such good quality that I use it at home.Several points to recommend above the average;1, It can be dropped several times and bounces quite well. (Kids who'd have 'em)2, it's easy to replace when it does finally get broken.3, It is stain resistant. Even tea-a-holics anon here ;)4, Because it's glass, there is no glazing to go crazed. (for bacteria to get under)5, Even burnt on by microwave food, does not need scrubbing off, just drop it into soak and have a cup of tea.Fantastic :)Hope that helps

Me suis adressé à Luminarc service après vente très réactif après avoir explicitement par photo montré le défaut ,ai largement été dédommage.

Habe schon längere Zeit nach solchen Tassen gesucht da einigeimlaufe der Zeit kaputt gingen und hier gefunden. Der Preis ist voll akzeptabel, da andere wesentlich teurer sind.Lieferung und Service voll O. K.UND ich habe wieder ein komplettes Serviese.
