I'm 5'11", 185lbs, wear a size 32-34 depending on brand. I'm somewhat athletically built. I've got some meat on me. These don't run large all over, or I'd wait to wash them to write this review. They're well fitted in the legs, maybe even a little snug, but the waistband feels absolutely relaxed like a size large, or like old underwear whose elastic has frayed and broken with age. Maybe this would fit better on someone who held their weight differently than I do. I saw another reviewer warning about "low rise," and while I'd say they do hit somewhat low, I don't think that's the reason they feel like they're going to slide down. If you're considering these, I'd maybe err on the smaller side, particularly if you don't have a thick lower body, though I don't yet know how much these will shrink from gentle washing. I'm contemplating intentionally shrinking them a bit.
