I connected this to a 12v transformer and connected the output to a multi-meter. The output fluctuated between 23.9 and 24v - exactly where it should be. Then I connected a load in the form of a chain of festoon LED lights, expecting the output to drop very slightly. It didn't. The output remained stable and at the same voltage. At the time of writing this is listed at £2.99 - I have absolutely no idea how they can make this so cheap - fantastic value!
