This leash is really well made and sturdy. I bought the matching step-in harness as well and it is also excellent. I bought a Large for my Spanish Mastiff who is huge. I honestly can't picture this leash ever breaking!

I purchased this leash for my dog that is a puller. She is an 83 pound Silver Lab that’s an absolute tank. She’s a rescue that was never trained.We use it almost like a horse reins for her, because she has a no pull harness on that pulls to the side if 2 things are connected to it. The only thing I wish is that it was a little longer so I’m not constantly pulled down by her, but part of that could also be that she is a tank;)

This style of leash is all that I use. The only things with this particular one that I would change is the full ring is quite heavy and large, and the ring at the bottom closest to the clasp would have been better sewn in an inch further.
