Un peu chère mais je ne m’en passerais plus, rien que pour ses instruction illustrées lors du détartrage et autres processus d’entretiens.Et puis les cafés sont extra, je suis devenu un accro au latte macchiato

C’è stato un piccolo errore, credo manchi un pezzo. L’ho utilizzata ottima. Ma devo riordinare appena mi rimborsano quella esatta per avere un buon cappuccino!

Straight out of the box, machine did not work. Information in the instruction booklet gave the contact number of 2 service centers which were not operational anymore and I had to google the service centers details. Long story short, the customer service of De'Longhi is really lacking. Imagine paying $1665.05 SGD (approximately USD 1,265) and machine would not work ( couldn't even get it to set up). Online customer service officer asked me to take some videos of the machines issue and couldn't get back to me after half a day. I had to search for the service center's number and address, drive down and deliver it so that they could have a look and tell me what was wrong. In the end the issue was due to a faulty water tank or pump.Summary:1) Right out the box machine was already faulty.2) substandard customer service (call center is manned by 1 guy and located overseas and probably the Philippines )3) Expensive machine that makes good coffee but I'm always going to have the worry of an extremely expensive repair bill once it breaks down.4) extremely short warranty period and high cost to service this machine once the warranty ends.save yourself the agony and get a nespresso. The service is much better and its way cheaper.
