The two big '13' as shown in the pictures was missing from the package.

Half of the confetti balloons had holes in so were unusable, the banner is very fiddly to set up and the ribbon is too long so has a lot of excess.It should be more than what it is.

The letters are more dark purple than blueOverall not bad for the money but I expected blue

The banner you have to push out the holes that's been stamped and thread the tape through, not to much trouble but two of the letters were of different shades which looked odd.
