Arrived quickly as usual, but no instructions with it. Simple enough to install however, since I was replacing failed Philips unit, so I re-used the inline 3amp fuse and battery connections that unit had and used inline red butt crimps to connect the red and black wires to those. The kit would benefit from these being included, even if it pushed the price up by a few pounds. I soldered the orange wire to the dipped headlight wire by the nearside headlight connector and but crimped the two pairs of outputs to my existing DRLs. All connections sealed with amalgamating tape since I think the old unit failed due to water ingress shorting it’s outputs. The unit bolted to the bulkhead in the same place as the old unit using original screw and locking nut.The controller works well, it turns on the DRLs when the ignition is switched on, and off when headlights are on dipped. I noted that they did not then come on again after switching the headlights off, until the engine was started. With engine running they switch off and back on very quickly in response to the headlights being turned on and off. When the engine is stopped with headlights off, they take a couple of seconds to react then switch off.I fitted them to a 2014 Dacia Duster.Don’t know how reliable they will be, but so much cheaper than getting the dealer to replace the original one!! It’s an easy DIY job if you have wire cutters, a crimping tool and soldering iron.

Très facile à installer.Fil rouge sur + batterie. (à protéger par un fusible non fourni)Fil noire sur - batterie.Fil orange sur + veilleuse.Le système fonctionne seulement moteur en marche quand l'alternateur débite une tension environ de 13,8 volts et plus tous feux éteint et se coupe lorsque les veilleuses, feux de croisement ou feux de route sont allumés conformément à la réglementation.Je recommande ce produit.

Valido per il prezzo che ha, funziona bene da 15 giorni... Ricordate di collegare il filo arancio che troverete insieme al rosso e al nero, al positivo ( +) di uno degli anabbaglianti, perchè i DRL si accenderanno con motore acceso e luci spente, ma si spegneranno non appena inseriti gli anabbaglainti, come richiede il Codice della Strada. !!!NON DIMENTICATE di accendere gli anabbaglianti in autostrada pensando siano sufficienti i DRL ( luci di giorno): se lo fate state andando senza le posizioni Posteriori !!! - Ora cercate di interpretare questi due articoli ......Art. 152. Segnalazione visiva e illuminazione dei veicoli.1. I veicoli a motore durante la marcia fuori dei centri abitati ed i ciclomotori, motocicli, tricicli e quadricicli, anche durante la marcia nei centri abitati, hanno l'obbligo di usare le luci di posizione, i proiettori anabbaglianti e, se prescritte, le luci della targa.Fuori dei casi indicati dall'articolo 153, comma 1, in luogo dei dispositivi di cui al periodo precedente possono essere utilizzate,se il veicolo ne è dotato, le luci di marcia diurna.Art. 153. Uso dei dispositivi di segnalazione visiva e di illuminazione dei veicoli a motore e dei rimorchi.1. Da mezz'ora dopo il tramonto del sole a mezz'ora prima del suo sorgere ed anche di giorno nelle gallerie, in caso di nebbia, di cadutadi neve, di forte pioggia e in ogni altro caso di scarsa visibilità, durante la marcia dei veicoli a motore e dei veicoli trainati, si devonotenere accese le luci di posizione, le luci della targa e, se prescritte, le luci di ingombro. In aggiunta a tali luci, sui veicoli a motore, si devonotenere accesi anche i proiettori anabbaglianti.ATTENZIONE!!! Se seguite quanto imposto dall'Art.152 e vi becca la stradale è Multissima, perchè andate contro a quanto disposto dall'Art.153 !!!Roba da matti!!! Ma è logico, siamo in Italia!

Funciona bien, pero me hubiera gustado que al cambiar de luces de día a cruce se rebajaran al 50% y no se apagasen, pero funcionar funcionan no como otros controladores mas baratos que se ven por Amazon y no hacen lo que dicen que hacen, debería Amazon eliminarlos del stock porque son un timo.
