É uma excelente tranca para portas. Coloquei em um apartamento cuja maçaneta de fora abre a porta, para não precisar fechar com a chave no dia a dia. A trava é robusta e bastante segura! A porta fica sólida, não se mexe! Vale a pena!

This is the second Defender Door Blocker we bought,very strong ,virtually impossible to break open the lock from outside,easy to install,screws comes along with the pack.As this gives additional security for the door,its highly recommended,moreover there is no need to drill any holes on the door for installing this blocker as this is fitted to the door frame.Very good product.

I used it for my main door. Toddler can easily open the door lock. Placed this one higher; was installed in 10 minutes with only 4 screws to drill. Looks great too.

Awesome design. Extremely secure. You'd have to crash a car through my front door to open this.We have double front doors design. So I've installed this upside down at the top of the non opening door. So along with the two pins the door already had, with this new U lock, it's seriously secure now.The secure-ness comes from the fact that the screws are perpendicular to the direction of forced entry. If it was parallel (like if you were able to pull the screws from the head out) then yes one can use force to break loose this lock.But being perpendicular to the force of entry , it is impossible to break this lock without actually unlocking it yourself from the inside. Now the danger is, you may forget to unlock this and exit through the garage door (and close it), now you cannot enter through your front door !! HAHA.Easy to install too. Did it on my first try.
