Ich bin ein großer Smartwatch-Fan. Allerdings kann ich nachts damit nicht gut schlafen, da sie mich dann am Handgelenk stört. Da ich aber nicht darauf verzichten möchte, meinen Schlaf zu überwachen, habe ich mich für einen Smartring entschieden. Er verfügt neben der Schlafüberwachung über alle für mich wichtigen Messfunktionen, wie Schrittzähler, Herzfrequenz oder Blutsauerstoff und weitere. Er ist leicht (nur 4,7 g), wasserdicht und bequem zu tragen. Wer gerne breitere Ringe trägt, wird mit ihm gut zurecht kommen. Die passende App lässt sich einfach installieren und der Ring verbindet sich problemlos mit der App auf dem Smartphone. Bei nur 1 Stunde Ladezeit reicht die Kapazität für 7 – 10 Tage Tragezeit und 30 Tage in Standby. Das Laden per magnetischem Ladekabel ist denkbar einfach (rotes Licht = Ladung, grünes Licht = Aufladung abgeschlossen). Die Technik funktioniert einwandfrei und liefert mir die Werte, die ich benötige. Der Ring ist kein Ersatz für meine Smartwatch, aber eine tolle und hilfreiche Ergänzung für mich, insbesondere für die nächtliche Schlafanalyse. Außerdem punktet er mit einem tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

I have had this ring for a few weeks. It has a lot of features, and a good app interface. Three comments:- This is not a Dekelife ring. It is a QRING. The Hungarian vendor just sells it under a different the name.- I was expecting the ring to be capable of measuring blood pressure, but it can't.- I knew it couldn't measure the body temperature. If that's a feature you are looking for, check out other smart rings.- The ring feels very much like it is made of plastic evn though it says stainless steel.dekelife. Ideally, I would have wanted a titanium ring, but that's probably asking for too much at that price level. You get what you pay for.- On a positive note, the battery does last an impressive 7 days.My final verdict: Strong buy recommendation if you can do without blood pressure and body temperature measurement.
