Dell Latitude 5420 Professional laptop, 14 inch FHD (1920 x 1080), Intel i5-1145G7, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Amerikaans toetsenbord, Windows 10 Pro (refurbished)

For a refurbished item it's in good condition, not perfect but good.The screen itself is like new, no issues, keyboard looks brand new but I suspect some touching up, a close insection indicates no major wear and tear marks, the odd scuff and minor dent, but regardless it's a very clean unit.The model I received was built late 2021 and came with a genuine DELL charger, I wiped it immediately and reinstalled Windows 11 but it did come with Windows 11, which was configured to login as 'User' without a password so you could get going immediately. When I wiped the machine and reinstalled W11 it picked up the Pro license from the BIOS as it should.The battery life is reporting as approx 3.5 hrs on a full charge. Speakers and Webcam are working. This model is not touch screen.I've tried a few refurbished laptops recently from other suppliers that I've had to send back as they were still enrolled in the original purchasers Microsoft management system (InTune) and required a corporate username and password specifically from that organisation to be able to login and use the device, even after a fresh install of Windows! I had no such issues with this device, if it was was previously enrolled with Microsoft it has been properly removed.The speed of the machine is very good, it feels quite nippy, I have the same model machine from work and it's faster than that (probably because the work one has more security software on it)I'm buying a second one for someone else in the household as this first one was a good buy.
