Acquistato 8 agosto. Installato il 21 di agosto. Il 12 settembre gia non funziona. Appena si avvia l'auto la luce batteria si accende intermittente ed il voltaggio oscilla tra 12 e 14v. Dopo alcuni km di marcia....inizia a funzionare regolarmente!Adesso saro' costretto a sostituirlo ancora.Saro' sfortunato io???Aggiornato a Ottobre.Tutto perfetto. Funziona alla grande. Il primo.. secondo me.. sono stato sfortunato.Sostituito la seconda volta... e tutto ok. Mi hanno garantito che è uguale all'originale.Aggiornamento Gennaio 2021.Già a settembre 2020 ha iniziato a far lampeggiare la spia batteria sul cruscotto.Adesso è sistematico. Ogni mattina la spia lampeggia casualmente. Continua a farlo, sembra, fino che il motore si scalda un po. Infatti, dopo circa 10-15 min di marcia pare smettere. Ovviamente lo fa anche la sera, dopo che l'auto è stata spenta per molto tempo. Io credo che ci sia un problema di cattivo isolamento delle parti elettroniche. Non so se cambiarlo o attendere. Ma ho paura che mi lasci a piedi da un momento all'altro.Secondo me è una mandata difettosa. Ne ho cambiati 2 in 1 mese.

In einem YouTube Video hat jemand bemerkt das beim Mazda 3 BK die Lichtmaschine von einem Steuergerät geregelt wird. Und man deshalb am besten eine Originale von Mazda oder eine von Denso nimmt sonst kann es Probleme geben. Nach dem Ausbau stellte ich fest das die Originale auch von Denso ist. Nur steht zusätzlich noch FoMoCo drauf für Ford Motor Company. Der Motor ist ja ein Ford Lizenzbau. Man kauft hier also ein Original Ersatzteil. Mit Freilauf wie die Originale. Wie man anhand der Fotos sieht sind neu und alt Teil identisch. Die Lichtmaschine passte gut und alles läuft einwandfrei. Preis ist gut. Also alles bestens.Tipp. Neuen Keilrippenriemen mit bestellen. Der Spanner dafür muss ausgebaut werden. Dahinter ist eine Schraube der Lichtmaschine versteckt. Klimakompressor an ein Band hängen damit man ihn nach dem lösen Richtung Radkasten weg schwingen kann. Und Lima nach unten ausbauen.

Very good value alternator fitted it two months ago and charging at 14.4 v to 14.6 v so giving a good charge, fitting is different to each car some can be removed from top and some under wheel arch, may need other parts removing before removing alternator out and may have difficulty getting to the bolts. The book says these are easy to do but that depends on modal took me about 6 hour on a Volvo v50 1.6d because throttle body had to be removed and one bolt very difficult to get to so not as easy as thought, this alternator also does other makes fords, mazda's and other 1.6d engines so access will be different to each car.
