This came packaged as new and the price of a new frame. but had clearly been used as it had the previous owners photos on it. Fortunately it is still good quality and not damaged. However it was sold as new and at an as new price when it was second hand.

I am very happy with this purchase. All my friends appreciate it too. Expensive though.
