Be careful when using this tool! I experienced serious safety hazards when using it. Several times the drill point functioned more like a screw fixing your work piece, grabbing it and spinning it around instead of drilling a center hole before drilling out the actual 41 mm hole. This despite properly fixing my work piece (which was only a 18 mm thick shelf of regular wood). I tried the drill out at different revs, but the problem maintained. In the end I somehow managed to drill the holes I needed, but I'm quite disappointed in the usability of this 'tool'. Not worth the famous DeWalt name and not worth buying in my opinion. Rated at 1 star, only because the Amazon system does not allow a zero star rating.
