Brilliant piece of Kit.I bought it as I have a number of 18v dewalt tools so already had batteries and charger.I've used a petrol strimmer before and found them to be heavy and very noisy, plus there is the issue of storing petrol safely.Decided to try this and have to say I am extremely impressed, it's as good as any petrol one I've used but MUCH quieter and considerably lighter but without any build quality being sacrificed.I used it for a bed of nettles that was 4t tall 5ft wide and 40ft long, put a 5ah battery in and didn't really expect it to complete the job without a re-charge, However I was extremely surprised, it obliterated the bed of nettles in 25 minutes and there was still 30% plus charge left in the battery!The ability to fold the unit for storage is a godsend as it stows away almost anywhere as opposed to a petrol unit that is in one piece and awkward to store.Highly recommended piece of kit!I do recommend anyone buying one to buy a strap as it doesn't come with one and it certainly makes using it less of a strain on the arms!
