My horse loves getting brushed by these gloves.

I can't speak as to how durable these gloves are as we only received them the other day. What I can say is that these are brilliantly effective on horses, not only do they remove more loose hair than anything else in a well stocked grooming kit, but they go anywhere that your hands can go which means you can follow the contours of the horse with even pressure way better than a curry comb or scraper can. I'm so impressed that I've just bought a few more pairs, and you can probably guess what horsey friends are getting for their birthdays!

Ok, forgive the confusing title, but the palms on these these are stiffer than I expected them to be, which gives a good amount of rigidity to them. It means you can apply quite a bit of pressure to the spikes without them deforming.It has to be said though that I do not own a horse. I have a large GSD, some 54kg. He is forever malting and the best way to keep that on check is to comb him daily. These gloves work really well to do that. The palms for rubberised too so they grab onto hair and you can discard it outdoors. The spikes also give a decent massage which he enjoys. He now associates these gloves with getting a belly and back rub, so much so they have to be kept in a cupboard else he gets excited when he sees them.The actual gloves themselves could be a little more robust. They're not bad but they could be thicker material to perhaps add a little more longevity.

They start to age a lot faster than the ones from the store but other than that I was happy with them till they were stolen from me

These are at the top of my groom kit bag. My pony is leg sensitive and I can get the thick dried mud off without him bothering, using these. They help strip his winter coat and are better than a brush. Worth every penny.
