F.Dick has made the easiest and fastest sharpening steel I have ever used when they made this one! Holy crap, it sharpens everything so quick, especially when I use the finishing steel by them after. Love love love this product and company!!!!

It's really hard on the edge of a knife. I use this more as a sharpener than anything else. It takes quite a bit of metal off, even with a light pressure. Would recommend this for the big bad stuff, and use a stroping leather otherwise.

Steel is very heavy and is only good for aligning the blade. If you’re only only aligning stick to ceramic so it won’t damage your knife’s edge. I’ll just stick to MAC.

Besser als alle Wetzstähle, die ich vorher hatte. Ist mir auch 30 Euro wert. Macht meine Messer zwischendurch scharf. Wenn die Grundschärfe aber weg ist, ist klar, dass man zum Fachmann muss oder selbst mit Schleifstein usw. arbeiten.
