I have an 8 month old Std Poodle puppy who came into heat one week before her scheduled spay. She weighs 38 pounds and has a 20 inch 'waist' when measured directly in front of her hind legs, which is where the diaper waist band sits when worn. This is my first (and hopefully last!) experience with this type of product and I am very pleased with it. Based on the product description I purchased a size small/medium. The package says that this size should accommodate a waist size of 15 - 30 inches (Pekinese, Maltese, Beagle, miniature Poodle). After adjusting the buttons it fits very well. I put a light bladder control pad (Always Discreet) inside the diaper and it works perfectly. The protection is right where it needs to be. As I have only the one diaper I didn't want to wash it every day and this is a great solution. When I first put it on her she was a bit fussy and tried to pull it off but now she doesn't even notice it. The tail hole accommodates her tail comfortably. The instructions are clear and useful. Follow them and you will have no problems with fit. The only thing I would caution is, if you have a dog whose waist is approaching the minimum or maximum waist sizes try the smaller or larger sizes (XXS/XS - 10 - 25"; L/XL - 20 - 35")

These are true to size and do not leak. I've had a huge problem with ones I've gotten sliding down my dog's tail, but due to the waist strap, these at extra support and do not budge.

Perfect for dogs in heat and for bladder problems.Very good quality material and it’s great that it is reusable. One would obviously need a couple more for when one is being washed. Great for the environment too

Very adjustable, good seal to stop leaks, and our dog didn't seem to be as restricted for movement as when she used disposable diapers. Dries quickly after washing, but you'll need to buy two or three to keep your dog protected in a dry diaper. One on, one drying two dry/drying. I would have bought more than the one, but our dog's incontinence stopped after she had chiropractic treatment and went on to hormone tablets.

Ma vieille chienne est incontinente et ces culottes ne sont ni assez grandes sur les côtés ni suffisamment "hermétiques" pour éviter l'écoulement le long des poils. Mais c'est quand même mieux que rien !!
