DIGITUS IO-kaart - PCIe - parallelle interface kaart - 1-poort DSUB-25 - chipset AX99100

When connecting my oculus Rift sensor, it works for 1 minute, and after that, oculus says: Poor Tracking.All my other onboard USB3 ports work indefinitely.Very very slow card.

I connect my mouse (tested with Logi MX master 2 and 3) to the card, it works fine. I connect also the keyboard (G613) and headset (Arctis 7) -- mouse stops working. `dmesg` shows that the mouse receiver is recognized, but without "nested" device for the mouse itself.Replaced this card with the one from Startech (for ~twice the price) and everything works great, even when forwarded to a VM. Requesting a refund.You get what you pay for, I guess.

I tried this card because I read in the reviews that someone with Linux used it. Ny first attempt was on a Asus motherboard but it was not plug and play. Running the command lspci -v shows the card but the port is disabled. Looking around in the interwebs I found out that the drivers were missing and causing the problems. I downloaded the drivers from asixs homepage but would did not install properly. I dug out an old dvd player to get the drivers from the cd. Same problem. Switching to Linux mint did not help. Reading further and I found that the card should be plug and play and the drivers are not needed but it is disabled either in software or hardware. Trying a lot of trix in Linux and digging through UEFI "BIOS" for something to activate the pci card, I gave up and tried another motherboard. Great success! It worked immediately. My adress turned out to be 0xe010 as you can see in the lspci -v picture. Your adress will be something else. The card very rapidly changed from zero stars to five. My Asus PC will be put in the corner of shame.

It's taken some time to find a Firewire card that works on my PC under Windows 10 with my Focusrite Saffire Pro 40. Apparently, the X99 chipset used on the Asus Rampage V Extreme motherboard doesn't get on well with certain Firewire chipsets (such as the Texas Instruments TI XIO2200A), and my old VIA6315 based card stopped working when I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, refusing to work even when I'd tried the legacy Windows 7 driver.This card seems to work very well with its TI XIO2213B Firewire chipset. I needed a Firewire 400 to 800 adapter to connect to the Pro 40, which was easy enough. Easy installation, no audio dropouts and no need to mess about with drivers.

Controladora SATA por PCIe. No da ningún tipo de problema con W10 y, al menos, con discos duros de 4TB va OK, Respecto al precio sigo pensando que es hyper cara, pero es de buena calidad y, evidentemente, hay que pasar por el tubo del cash.

Die Digitus PCI-Express Karte benötigt zum Einbau in den PC einen PCI Express 2.0 x4, x8 oder x16 Steckplatz. Ich habe sie in einen x4 gesteckt und die SSD am internen Ausgang A angeschlossen. Danach war der boardeigene SATA II Controller automatisch abgeschaltet. Ich mußte deshalb meine beiden SATA II Festplatten auch an den internen Ausgängen B und C anschließen.Der Controller unterstützt Datentransferraten bis 6.0 GB/s für SATA IIi Festplatten und 3.0 GB/s für SATA II Platten. Es gibt noch einen 4. internen Anschluß D und 2 externe eSATA-Ports E und F, diese sind im Lieferzustand nicht aktiviert,. Es können über Brücken aber nur 4 Ports insgesamt freigeschaltet werden. Aber Achtung: Da sich bei der Brückenbelegung in der Bedienungsanleitung ein Fehler eingeschlichen hat, sollte man, wenn man die externen Ports benötigt, sich den Artikel Digitus-Wicki ([...]) herunterladen.Nachdem nun alle 3 Fesplatten am Digitus angeschlossen waren, habe ich den Pc gebooted und mittels Samsungs Performance-Meßprogramm die Daten der SSD ermittelt:1. Mit Rapid Mode ohne weitere OptimierungenSequentielles Lesen 3193 MB/s, Sequentielles Schreiben 503 MB/sDirektes Lesen 109944 / OPS , Direktes Schreiben 61432 / OPs2. Mit Over PositioningSequentielles Lesen 2981 MB/s, Sequentielles Schreiben 509 MB/sDirektes Lesen 115439 / OPS , Direktes Schreiben 73473 / OPsResumé: Die Ergebnisse gegenüber meinem vorhandenem SATA II Controller (sieihe Samsung 850 Pro Rezension) sind eigentlich nur beim direkten Lesen gegenüber 75348 /Ops und beim direkten Schreiben gegenüber 67483 /Ops bemerkungswert.Es muß also jeder für sich entscheiden, ob der Kauf der Digitus (48,50 €) für ihn den Leistungszuwachs wert ist.Ich werde ihn behalten, schon wegen der 2 externen eSATA ports.Da der Einbau und Betrieb des Digitus bei mir völlig problemlos war und viele andere vergleichbare Controller wesentlich teurer sind habe ich 5 Sterne vergeben.
