This 3p+N RCD has been installed and tested. The only moan with the device there isn't a slot where a generic bus-bar can be fitted, just a means of connecting a finger bus-bar or cables. It also has a LHS neutral connection and the RCD test button is between N and Phase.However the downgrading to 2 stars is down to the difficulty Amazon places on the buyer:1) I couldn't purchase this on my business Prime account and customer services couldn't explain why. The excuse when attempting to purchase this was associated with a business address. Since when is a device like this not intended for a business?2) As I didn't have Prime on this account I availed myself to the introductory Prime offer for the free shipping that I would have enjoyed if I was able to purchase the device on my Business Prime account.3) I then used this personal account, loaded my company VAT number and was able to make the purchase and have it sent to my business address.4) The price/invoice reflected the VAT number associated with the account and was a VAT exclusive amount. Since this was purchased for a business with a VAT registration for an import through the Amazon market-place this is normal practice, but why this couldn’t have happened on my Business Prime account?5) Item received and fitted.6) Removed VAT details7) Cancelled Prime on this account
