デスクトップPCのグラボ(RTX3070)から出てくるDisplayportとMBのUSBを、Type-Cの液タブ(Huion GT2701)に1本で繋げられました。液タブにもDisplayportがあるので別になくても事足りるが、2台のPCを切り替えて液タブに接続するときに、ケーブル1本を差し替えるだけで済みます。（結局Displayport + USB-AをKVMで切り替えることにはなりましたが）

I have a KVM that only accepts USBC connections from both computers with the idea being that with one cable it can handle both video and data (keyboard, mouse, etc). When I upgraded the GPU on my PC, the new GPU didn't have a USBC port like the old one did. I was able to successfully use this cable to connect the DisplayPort to my new GPU and the USB to my motherboard. I am now able to use my keyboard, mouse, audio (through USB) and see my screen through the KVM using only one cable. Couldn't be happier.For anyone else out there in the same boat, do be aware that this is not a 2.0 USBA connection. Will easily work for low-bandwith operations like keyboard, mouse, game controllers, and audio. However, don't expect high bandwith operations like data transfers to a USB storage devices to be very quick.
