Low quality - faulty HDMI out, screen flickers constantly, had to return it and replace with a competitor.

Basically this is a usb c hub made for the deck that will also act as a docking stand. The dock plugs in via the usb c port on top of your deck and from there you can plug in a bunch of usbs, hdmi to tv and even a Ethernet cable for faster downloads directly to your device.Worth noting you can use the dock without a power supply as it will work off your deck's battery. If you want to charge your deck at the same time, you will need it's power block as one is not provided in the pack. Same goes for the hdmi cable as you will need one with 4 k capabilities if you want the full experience. As I do not have a 4k tv to hand, I just use a standard hdmi that works fine.The dock itself has a metal case that is well finished with no sharp edges. Sturdy and holds the steam deck in a sturdy hold. This may be because I have a hard case on my deck that makes it about half a centimetre thicker and thus fits perfect in the docking slot. Not to snug nor loose. The docking station also has a small piece of silicone cover included that can be put on to provide extra protection to your console's case and prevent scratches. This is much needed, even if you have a hard case already installed on your deck.Now the slight bug bear - the price. At the time of writing the docking station costs £39 which is actually about average for these docks in general. Is it worth it? Well if you want somewhere to keep your deck, much like the switch, and intend to use the hdmi output often, then this worth a look at.If you just want a hub you can take on the go and intend to use your deck mostly in handheld mode, then there are general usb c hubs that will work just as well for the deck at a cheaper cost.

This is a very well-designed deck. I purchased this not for a Steam gaming system, but rather to utilize my phone to its full capability.The device works perfectly. Its all-metal body design looks very sleek on my desk. It also comes with a rubber guard to protect the device you choose to cradle. The cable is well insulated and a little stiff when you first use it, however this is due to the quality of the cable. It does have power PD port on the back as well so it will charge while you watch.All in all, the ports work on the USB with my phone and the HDIM is flawless. This is a very powerful little hub that I am happy to recommend.

Das beste Dock, das ich bis jetzt hatte für das Asus Rog ally , es stimmt einfach alles, das Kabel ist lang genug um das Dock zu verbinden, das ally passt perfekt in das Dock, die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und die ally fällt nicht um. Auch ein extra Gummi zum Einkleben und schütz ist dabei, bin rundum zufrieden.

Die Station ist gut verarbeitet und tut genau das wozu sie gebaut wurde. Bildausgabe an meinen Fernseher ohne Probleme. Externes Netzteil dran und das Steam Deck wird zuverlässig geladen. Kleiner Abzug in der B-Note ist das eigentliche USB-C Kabel. Dieses ist irgendwie verdreht sodass man es immer erst zurecht biegen muss damit man das Deck anschließen kann. Ansonsten für den Preis zu empfehlen.
