lekker ruim formaat en stevige constructie

Ik wilde een stalen honingraat bed hebben om met neodynium magneten de iets kromme berken triplex plat te krijgen. Had een aluminium honingraat waar dat natuurlijk niet ging. Dit product (Magnetisch Staal) zou toch zeker flink moeten plakken aan neodynium magneten. Maar het is veeeel te zwak. Meteen retour gestuurd. Jammer.

Ho comperato questo pannello a nido d'ape per il mio laser per migliorare il taglio del compensato.Il prodotto arriva ben confezionato, la griglia permette di usare i magneti per fissare il pezzo, ma devono essere abbastanza potenti, io ho risolto usando quelli recuperati da vecchi HDD.Per spessore superiore a 4mm si possono usare i perni in plastica forniti.Non sono fornite istruzioni ma comunque non servono, nel mio caso ho usato i quattro gommini per distanziare il foglio di alluminio a protezione del piano di lavoro e lasciare il passaggio dell’aria, il tutto fissato con dei fermi fatti in stampa 3D.La misura da me scelta è quella da 500x500mm, per poter sfruttare completamente l’area di lavoro del mio laser.Il taglio avviene in maniera pulita e non si notano nella parte che appoggia alla griglia aloni.Sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto.

The honeycomb is sturdy, great quality and worth every penny! The metal sheet underneath is a must have and it came with this piece. The corners are riveted shut and it also has a plastic additional corner piece with frequently moved out of place which i wish it did not. The pins that came with it are plastic and the engraved has already cut edges off it. It is quite hard to pull them out of the honeycomb once you put it in. However, it is still a lifesaver for light wooden pieces. The square is heavy and fits exactly under my xtool 20w pro. Now for the difference it made on my laser cuts. OMG!!!! I would say 95% less burn marks. Amazing! The fact that the laser can go through the other side of my wood is a game changer. But that metal piece is a must and this product comes with it. Win win win! Highly recommend it. I wish I had bought it sooner instead of having to masking tape so many products! Highly recommend this purchase!

今のところ切断はしないけれど、素材の範囲外にレーザー照射したときの保護用に購入。いくつか比較したけれど、他のは表記サイズが実寸法で、彫刻エリアサイズは一回り小さい、といった詐欺的ものもありますが、こいつは＝彫刻可能エリアです。ハニカムはスチールなので結構丈夫、素材を押さえるピンも付いているので安定して加工できます。このお値段でこの構成はお得だと思います。あとは耐久性ですが、まあ心配する必要は無いでしょう。
