They definitely glow in the dark, that's for sure. They definitely don't glow for 10 hours and you hardly see them glow outside in the dark but it is a nice effect regardless. I used them in my basalt stone garden and scattered two of these bags across the surface. Sadly they don't look like little magic dots in a sea of black at night and they definitely don't glow like they show in the advertisement but ah well.The only reason I had to deduct 2 stars was that it said there were 300 pieces in the bag but mine only had 284. So I guess it's a bit random with how much you get. Some may get a bag with more than 300 and some may get a bag with less than 300. Had to deduct another star as they definitely glow when you charge them up indoors and then take them into a dark room; but outside it's hardly visible. Now maybe they simply can't charge as much due to it being winter so I'll just have to wait until the summer and see if that makes any difference. They still look cool though, so that's why I bought 3 bags total.They also have other uses, like I glued one onto this little dragon statue so it's now "holding onto a magical crystal" as it were.EDIT: I ordered two more of these bags yesterday and they came in today. This time each bag had slightly more pieces in them (306 and 308 pieces respectively) so it seems to vary slightly. I guess they just fill these bags by weight so if you're lucky you get a few more and if you're unlucky you get a few less. The pebbles are pretty cool though as they're not a standard shape but each side is slightly different. So even though it's just a form of plastic they do look kinda 'natural' and have a nice subtle glow after getting charged by sunlight. Still not sure how long they glow as mine aren't really visible in my garden at night but I doubt they will glow the entire night even after a full day of sun during summer. It's still nice though.
