Good quality PCB boards, on these boards the holes are dead centre of the pads whereas on the cheaper boards the holes are usually to one side but I suppose you get what you pay for in that department. Although these are not boards that have tracks running up and down the board it is relatively easy to bridge components if required using additional solder to connect adjacent pads though there are other ways to do this.Overall I am pleased with these and would prefer them over the cheaper boards that are available.
