Bought this for the red and yellow flow restrictor to use on a bidet hose, it made no difference, the rate of flow was the same as without it, so made no difference. Also using it means you don't get a water tight seal as with a rubber washer.

I have four women in my house😒, all of my daughters and wife don't seem to grasp the concept of a shower and spend enough time in there to fill a bath and create a sauna, so decided to try this to reduce the amount of water being used. The look on their faces when they all asked one by one what I had done to the shower tells me it has worked.I have a mains fed shower, it has the usual overhead shower/rainfall head or rose, whatever you want to call it and also a hand held shower head, I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. Anyways, I fitted the red reducer to the overhead and the yellow reducer to the handheld and both have worked a treat.Hopefully, one day they will all move out and I can have a full force shower for 5 minutes.All components fitted well and did they job as described, would happily recommend.

It was simple to pop these into the shower head and reduce the flow with no hassleYou get two reducers and now I don't have to over worry about the family wasting extra gallons of waterYou also get the small cones but I dont have that type of shower, so didn't use them
