This is the best gluten free flour I have used for baking muffins, pancakes, Yorkshire pudding, lemon souffle etc. and I have tried many brands.There is no graininess and family/friends enjoy my cooking and say there is almost no difference between my gluten free foods and those made with flour.

Have tried a few gluten-free substitutes over the years. Can be a bit of a minefield when you find conflicting information on different websites.This is a blend of several grains, designed to be a direct 1:1 substitute for ordinary wheat flour. When I tasted the cake batter, the flour gave it an unpleasantly gritty texture. However, the cupcakes were incredibly light and tender once baked, with no prominent flavours from the flour (though I was making red velvet so this may have been disguised by the mild cocoa flavour).Will be trying this with several different recipes in future, but very happy so far!

Best gluten free flour blend around! I make my own blend most of the time but this is great to have on hand for quick recipes.
