The chair itself is quite good, but the cylinder that comes with it is very short, you have to have quite a low desk for the arm rests to be in line. I bought a replacement cylinder to make it higher but once the cylinder is in its basically impossible to get out, I tried using a pipe wrench to twist it out like I have seen in some videos on how to remove the cylinder but its just not budging, hopefully I can get it out at some point.edit: got it out, its definitely a two man job.

Poor quality. The armrests immediately hang crooked, and the fabric on the back is really thin—you can feel the metal in your back and shoulders. I would never buy it again. A waste of money.

I'm only 175cm tall and my head goes over the backrest and is uncomfortable for my head and back, because of the plastic holes for the lumbar cushion. Also can't sit cross legged because of the armrests. everything else is fine

Chaise de mauvaise qualité, pas du tout confortable.Ne convient pas pour des grandes personnes , c’est une chaise pour enfant.Le coussin massant est inutile, il vibre mais ne masse rien.Mis à part ça, très simple a monter seul et Accoudoir confortable.

Poltrona presa con qualche dubbio ma poi dopo questi 3 mesi mi sono ricreduto... È davvero comoda e ed è un prodotto di qualità... rispetto ad altre scelte lo consiglio per chi cerca qualcosa per non spendere tanto senza rinunciare alla qualità e comodità.
