Thick, quality fabric, elegant cut, slim fit and accurately sized.

It looks nice, but the material is somehow not durable… I like how it looks but after few uses it would look very shredded (like if I’ve used it several years)

I bought an X-large thinking it would be a loose but professional fit, wrong. While I can button this coat, it's so tight that the buttons are about to launch into orbit. I recommend getting two sizes bigger than what you usually wear because cotton will shrink too. 2XL and 3XL aren't offered or I would have ordered one.That said, it's a beautiful coat, the fabric is nice, and the construction is fairly nice. I would love to keep it but money is incredibly tight and I can't keep something that doesn't fit.

• I like the heavy feel of the thick cotton fabric. I wear a small and the size small lab coat fit me well! I am curious how it will fit after washing since it is 100% cotton? It recommends washing in warm water and drying on medium.• I like the arrangement of the pockets. I especially like a separate pocket for a phone. My Samsung Galaxy S10 with a thin cover fits in the in the phone pocket. I could not fit my iPhone 10XR with an OtterBox Defender thick cover (as shown in the photo). I would prefer pen “pockets” or loups on the left or right arm rather than the breast pocket. Pen loups on the upper arm are often used in scrubs and keep you from fishing between pockets to find where the pens are.• It is styled between a classic and tailored look, this semi-fitted lab coat offers excellent ease of movement. If you fall between 2 sizes, they recommend the smaller size for a more fitted look and the larger size for better movement.• Their LABTEX industrial grade fabric is made up of 100% cotton with a hardwearing but soft hand finish. Fashioned in Milan Italy, created in Mexico. I like the fit and feel of this lab coat!

Out of the package, this is a very nice lab coat. It's snow white, thick cotton that's soft to the touch and very well-fitting. However, a lab coat is going to get washed and dried - a lot. That was my primary concern.After the first wash and tumble dry on medium, the coat shrank 3 inches in length and 4 inches in width. I washed it on warm, in an LG high efficiency machine without a built-in heater, in the middle of Winter, so the water was likely on the cooler side (nowhere near the 104 F mark suggested). I used Tide Oxi. I then tumble dried on medium, the normal setting on the LG dryer. The lab coat that came out of the machine was smaller and wrinkled, even when removed immediately.Although the description states that it's a 100% cotton blend (I'm not sure how you do a 100% cotton blend since it's 100% cotton), the tag states 100% cotton with no mention of polyester or any other fabric. The introduction of a small amount of polyester in the lab coat likely would have limited the shrinking and the wrinkling. The description also stated that the cotton was preshrunk, which doesn't appear to be the case, and that bleach cannot be used, which could be a problem if things get messy.My suggestion is to take the shrinking into account and expect to iron this lab coat after every wash to look presentable. Otherwise, very well-made and well-tailored lab coat that would be better with just a couple minor improvements.
