Bought these comfy insoles to replace the infamous adidas cloudfoam "end plastic waste" insoles that fall apart within months. The insole really does relief some pressure on the feet but adds some height so you might need to loosen your laces.Also remember that shoe sizes are universal (men and women size about 1.5 difference). You could save some money (and maybe less cutting) by buying the correct size.> women's 6-10 is also men's 4.5-8.5> men's 8-14 is also women's 9.5-15.5

I wish I could tell you how many insoles I’ve bought over the years to find relief from foot pain on the ball of my foot. I’ve had numerous surgeries to correct bunions, hammertoes, etc. and still my feet hurt when I walk-until I tried these! The foam cushion is very comfortable, and it provides just enough arch support in my shoe without taking up a lot of space. I did take out the original shoe insole's and replace them with these. Other ones I’ve tried didn’t provide adequate cushion for the forefront of my foot, but these are instant relief when I walk. I can honestly say it’s like walking on a cloud.
