Sitzt nicht gut, Klang nicht gut, Stöpsel rutschen ständig raus, und ist am 1 Tag, durch das ständige rausrutschen und wieder rein drücken gebrochen :-(

I ordered these a hike ago and when they arrived they didn’t work. I made contact with the seller and they offered a refund or replacement. Nice and easy. The second pair work absolutely fine. Decent customer service and the product is cheap but great.
