Excellent item but ensure that there is room to locate the receiver relay at the light pendant. Worked perfectly, factory paired ready to install. You will here a click as relay operates at pendant (no problem for me) also a short pause when pressing switch, will see a blue glow as switch transmits to operate receiver. Push to switch on push again to switch off. Good value easy to fit. You may need to remove or short circuit existing light switch on a retro fit as the light needs a permanent live feed to the receiver relay

I needed a switch near the back door for an additional outside light - and was not keen to add lots more cable. A search on the Amazon website led me to this module with remote switch - what a find! Installation was simple - I put the power supply to the module through a 3amp fused switch to be on the safe side. The module is in our integral garage, 8 metres and 2 brick walls away from the switch. It works perfectly! My wife is extremely impressed, no extra metres of cable in the utility room, no holes drilled in the wall. The only down side was the incomprehensible leaflet of instructions - total gibberish. Fortunately I knew what I was doing!
