Monitor works great on both Windows and Apple laptops. Great resolution even on the highest 4k setting. Solid alloy casing of the screen, no plastic fragile pieces.Customer support response is quick, friendly and very helpful to assist with any challenges.

Didn’t receive a message of delivering. Was waiting for it. And then got a message that is was send back. And now it’s 40.- more expensive. Disappointed.

At first it looked like a nice portable screen but after almost two years (I used it 10-15 times) the screen is unusable because of horizontal black stripes on the screen.Uperfect will not fix it even within the promised 5 years warranty.Bad quality monitor. It will probably break within 2 years. Was sold with 5 years of warranty but Uperfect will not repair it within warranty.Not so "perfect" brand and scam company. Stay away from this brand!!

I like it so far, one of the excellent options out there. The frame is not that big and works fine so far. Thank you!

Voici mon sentiment sur un produit que j'attendais avec impatience depuis le moment où je l'ai commandé, c'est un moniteur portable de 17 pouces à la résolution 4K.Je vais commencer sur l'emballage qui est parfait, l'écran est extrêmement bien protégé et livré avec ses 3 câbles HDMI, DisplayPort et USB-C Thunderbolt. Un adaptateur secteur est également inclus.Le manuel est rédigé en anglais ou en allemand et ça s'arrête là.Le moniteur dispose d'un cover protecteur qui fait également office de support écran. Il dispose de 3 positions d'orientation.Pour la partie technique, il est bien équipé en port de sortie et les boutons de réglage sont situés sur la gauche pour tout ce qui est du paramétrage des couleurs et autres luminosité.À l'utilisation, il est possible de n'utiliser qu'un seul câble USB C pour l'alimentation et l'affichage et ça franchement je trouve ça top. En revanche le fait de ne pas utiliser le second port USB C pour lui donner une alimentation externe avec l'adaptateur fourni empêche la mémorisation des réglages colorimétrique ou luminosité contraste que l'on pourrait faire. C'est vraiment dommage. J'ai cette possibilité sur un autre moniteur 15.6 pouces en résolution full HD et cela fonctionne. Pour ce modèle 17 pouces c'est dû à la grande taille et à la résolution.Concernant l'écran lui-même, je le trouve quand même un peu épais mais il tient parfaitement sur un support smartphone / tablette rotatif conçu normalement pour une tablette jusqu'à 13 pouces.Au niveau de la dalle, elle est mate et ça c'est très très bien et la résolution 4K est bien au rendez-vous. J'ajoute que j'ai reçu un écran avec zéro pixel défectueux et j'en suis ravi. À défaut je l'aurais retourné. Le réglage d'usine de la colorimétrie est tout à fait correct et on peut bien sûr le personnaliser à loisir.Concernant le rapport qualité-prix pour ce moniteur, et bien il n'est pas donné car à 390 € c'est tout de même un investissement mais je ne suis absolument pas déçu par cet écran. Après il faut savoir ce que l'on veut, tout est une question de choix et de moyens.Il me permet d'avoir une configuration triple écran avec un minimum de câble et d'encombrement surtout tout en restant relativement facilement transportable dans mon sac à dos PC.C'est donc un avis très positif que j'ai sur ce modèle que je peux me permettre de recommander.Un dernier point, j'ai contacté le vendeur pour qu'il réponde à certaines questions et il est très réactif et serviable.

I have this Uperfect 18.5" matte display for 5 months and it's working great. I use it in a fixed setup, but it's light enough to bring it anywhere with you. It comes with all the necessary accessories (usb and hdmi cables) so you can plug and play. Overall, I am satisfied with this product.

This is such a great device. I purchased it primary to use for my Nintendo Switch. I originally needed a smaller TV for my office to game on. I found this—and not only could I use it for my Switch, but also for my iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and even as another monitor for my computer. It is powered by a USB-C cable (included, as well as a power adaptor), and also comes with another USB-C cable, and an HDMI to Mini-HDMI Cable. It has ports for all three, as well as built in speakers, a headphone jack, and a multi-purpose toggle-wheel for use as the settling selector. It works almost perfectly on all counts with only a few smaller drawbacks.For my Switch:I have it hooked up via a 3rd party dock by use of the Mini-HDMI cable. It works perfectly. However, the speakers are not loud at all. This is really the only drawback I’ve found so far.For portable devices (Phones/Tablets):If you have a Lighting cable on your iPhone/iPad, you’ll need a special Lightning to HDMI adaptor cable. I contacted support and they sent me one FOR FREE. It came in only 2 days!! I hooked it up and it worked perfectly. It mirrored my phone and iPad instantly without issue. The volume was far better on this too.Computer:I hooked this up to my PC Laptop via USB-C. It instantly connected as a 3rd monitor. It acted exactly the same as a “normal” monitor. Easy peasy. And if your computer allows for it, the USB-C can even power the monitor w/o the use of the additional power cable. I obviously had no need to use the speaker on this as a monitor, but the option showed up on my computer sound output devices.Speakers:While it has built-in speakers, they leave a lot to be desired. They are definitely better than nothing, but they are still not loud. If you’re using this as a monitor, then it’s no big deal…however if you’re wanting to use this to listen to stuff, you may be a tad disappointed. You can always plug in speakers to the audio-out for external speakers, or even headphone, so that helps.Customer Service:The customer service was second to none. They were SUPER responsive and always ready to help with answers. They were very helpful and I was very impressed with how great and friendly they were. Like i said below, they even sent me a free Lightning to HDMI adaptor so i could use this with my phone. I feel like my product is in good hand with them having my back.Negatives (only a few):This device does not support a microphone. If you are gaming and plug in a headset, you will only get audio and won’t be able to talk. I have to plug my mic into my switch or my pc in order to use that function.In order to access the settings for the screen/volume, etc, there is a spring loaded toggle wheel on the side. The instructions do a poor job explaining how to operate this and I needed to contact support in order to get an explanation. If you rotate the dial up or down it will seemingly control the volume, but then at other times it will control the brightness. I could not figure out how to access all the other features. It turns out you have to press IN the edge of the dial (towards the center of the monitor) to bring up a menu. From there you cycle through the different menus (color, resolution, etc) by clicking the wheel and toggling the wheel up/down and a quick press of the power button to make your selections. I only wish the wheel stuck out a little more. If you have larger fingers, it will probably be hard to do this. This is the most annoying part.ClosingThe positives greatly outweigh the negatives…especially at this price point. The built-in kick stand is solid. If you fold it all the way down flat, it will cover up the ports, however you can just fold it up and you’re find. It has a VESA mounts, so you can even put it on a stand if you want. There is an input selector (the power button, if you just tap it), so you can gave both Mini-HDMI and USB-C plugged in simultaneously and then select which you want to use (in my case with my switch and computer).I love this b/c it’s SUPER thing and the picture quality is great! It’s very bright and the colors are wonderful. Yes, you can get better monitors, but you can’t really beat it at this price point…especially with all the other features it offers.I am super satisfied with my purchase and may even get another one at some point. I hope this helps answer some of the same questions for everyone that I had.

The display is really good and crisp perfect for both gaming and work just a little disappointed with screen flickering when you connect only with type-c display output you need to plug in the adapter for smoothless experience
