Thos product is great value for moneyThe fan works really well and provides a lovely cooling breeze.It came already assembled very comfortable to wear and the noise level isn't too loud1st charge 12 hours after that it doesn't take long at all

This is the first neck fan I’ve ever tried and it does help, it’s just my expectations were higher.The angle of the air seems to be straight up, the air rushes up into my ear and my ears get a bit sensitive ( imagine the discomfort of wind in your ears on a cold winters day). There is no way of altering the angle of the air which is disappointing.*It does not blow air on the back of your neck!* the ‘vent’ holes in this area are just designs made in the plastic 😡.I love the battery life screen. The battery life doesn’t last as long as they say! About 3 hours in my opinion.I was hugely impressed with the noise level of the first setting, it’s genuinely quiet (like the fan on a laptop), the 2nd speed is also reasonably quiet. Each speed increases the noise levels so you wouldn’t use settings 3-5 in a work meeting. Be aware that it sounds louder to you as you can hear the air rushing into your ears but others won’t hear it as loud as you on setting 3-5.The on/off and 5 speeds are all controlled with one button which is my pet peeve as you have to click through the louder settings to turn it off, which can be a bit distracting to others working near me.It’s in a set position, it has some flex but would not suit chunkier necks.My Mum bought one soon after mine arrived as we were still fairly happy with the product, but she chose a brand with a bendable/positionable neck part. It performs so much better than this one as you can choose the angle of air flow and the air jets are stronger . I’ll be buying a second one like hers, but owing to the short battery lives I’ll probably have both on the go each day.A design fault of both is the plastic at the back of the neck gets sweaty -I might pop a wrist sweat band over it to combat this.

I havent found a cheaper neck fan than this, had it for about a month and its been perfect for working in the heat (when we get any!) Maybe there are better neck fans out there but you would have to pay at least double the priceEdit: charger port broken after 1 and a half months use

Purchased this for when I’m at work, lovely little fan definitely helps keep me cool. Stays around my neck fine, wasn’t sure how it would be at only £10 but it’s perfect for my needs, fan can be a little noisy on higher setting but not enough to completely drown out conversations.

The battery doesn’t last very long
